Please do not hesitate to get in contact if something has gone wrong with your order so we can try our utmost to help you, but do bear in mind that we are a small independent design and clothing brand. Due to this, we consider all sales to be final, unless:
- The item is unopened and has not been used, and there has been no damage to the item after delivery.
- The wrong size has been sent or ordered.
If you have an item that meets the above criteria, you have 14 days to contact us to arrange the return/replacement.
Products such as underwear, earrings, soap and swimwear are non-returnable.
Though we do offer free shipping in the UK, we highly recommend our tracked service so that you are always informed of where your product is. If it is not tracked it is very difficult for us to help you should there be an error during postage.
